As a remote leasee Megan was super helpful, managing our viewing which was delayed by traffic and advising on my application. GoogleEmma, Aneekah and Bronte make up the dynamic maintenance team at this office. They always do their best to ensure their tenants and landlords are well informed and any issues raised are dealt with promptly. The Lettings Director, Stephanie, is passionate about what she does, always putting her all into her work. I cannot recommend her all highly enough - she is in touch with the market and extremely knowledgeable regarding all things Lettings. Jan in the Sales office is wonderful. If you want your property sold this is the lady to speak to. Jan’s knowledge of the industry and long list of clients makes her incredibly successful at what she does.

GoogleBelvoir fully managed our property for almost 1.5 years. It was a pleasant and professional experience throughout in terms of communication, upkeep of the property, and other administrative bits. When the tenants left, Emma (Head of property management) gave us the option to perform a checkout ourselves which helped us save a non-trivial amount of money. Furthermore, she helped us claim some money back from the deposit as contribution towards repairs while ensuring fairness to both us and the tenants. We really appreciate Belvoir going the extra mile to help us out. We thoroughly recommend Belvoir as Letting Agents!

During what was, inevitably, a stressful experience, Jan was always on hand to deal with any queries relating to my purchase. GoogleThe Belvoir team were great from the moment I spoke to them about putting my home on the market. It was an easy decision, and the right one. 4 months into the process and having had an offer accepted, we offered on a property that Belvoir had for sale and were accepted. Belvoir were with us every step of the way, literally! 6.5 months later and we were sat in the office for nearly 2 hours awaiting release of the keys. I wouldn’t hesitate to use John and Jan for another sale or purchase.
