I used Picker Elliot to sell my house, which completed in June. They gave an amazing service. They were responsive, helpful and extremely professional and friendly during the sale. My house sold very quickly and the sale progressed smoothly when the pandemic allowed!! I would absolutely recommend Picker Elliott, and will 100% use them again if I sell or let a house in the future.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Steve and everyone were absolutely brilliant throughout our house move. Whilst we had a few difficulties (not their fault), they were always there on the phone, happy to listen, explain carefully and help out as necessary. We don't intend on moving house again for a while, but if we ever do. we'll be in touch with Picker Elliott straight away.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I would just like to thank the whole team at Pickers, they went above and beyond to ensure that we were kept upto date with everything! From the second Steve walked into the door of the property to value it, I knew we were in the best hands by choosing PE, he had so much compassion and time to hear our stories of such a loved home, full of memories and then he used these within the advert, which meant so much! We had plenty of obstacles thrown in our path after having to sadly be selling a family home, yet the pickers team stood by us and made the whole process such an easy one! Highly recommend them for all of your property sales needs, they always answered the phone and replied to emails with speed, keeping us all in the loop of what happens next and what to expect Huge thank you

I recently asked Picker Elliott to help me with the sale of my late father's house in Burbage. I did not know the area and therefore found their knowledge and expertise invaluable. Steve and Mary in particular were brilliant and I was always kept fully informed all through the sale negotiations. 5star service. Thank you.

Having sold two properties in the last 12 months with Picker Elliott we would highly recommend them to anyone. They are professional, efficient and give realistic valuations to achieve a sale. We had excellent communication throughout the sale process and we found Steve Picker to be genuinely the nicest Estate Agent we have every met. The ladies in the office are lovely too. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed.

I have used Picker Elliott twice now when selling two property’s. I can not recommend them highly enough. They are friendly and open, they also communicate very effectively. My mums house is now up for sale and sold though them after I recommended them to her, she is also very impressed after using other agents previously. I definitely wouldn’t go anywhere else. They gave me the best support every step of the way, the whole team.

Many, many thanks to everyone on the Picker Elliott Lettings team, for looking after my property, whilst it was let out. I had a lot of faith in the team and always felt reassured that my house was being managed well and that everything was in hand. The team was always easy to get hold of and messages were replied to in a timely manner. I really appreciate the service that I have received, over the many years that I have used Picker Elliott to manage my property. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to use a professional letting agent for their property.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

Our home was empty for the majority of the sale period. The viewings were carried out in a professional manner which was very reassuring because we were so far away on the Canary Isles. When the house was sold, we felt confident that the buyers would be able to view the house again which they did. We are very grateful for all the help that Picker Elliott gave us. Thank you.PositiveProfessionalism
