His local knowledge allowed the property to be marketed at a competitive and realistic price.The house details were well presented in the brochure and the on line walk through made the most of the features of the home.This all lead to a prompt sale. GooglePicker Elliot gave an excellent service, which started with the initial valuation, photography, virtual tour, promotions, assisted viewings and final sale. In particular, Lee and Karen were fantastic in their front line guidance and support.
