GoogleWe were referred to Picker Elliott by a friend when we were looking to sell our property and introduced to Lee, we were impressed with how well Lee dealt with the transaction from start to finish and his professionalism. Since the sale of the property we have also sold another property through Picker Elliott. All the staff are polite and friendly and nothing is too much trouble, Highly recommend Dawn aswell who has managed a property for us.

GoogleVery pleased with the great service from Picker Elliot, from the initial meeting, the excellent photography and house brochure to the house sale conclusion. Viewings were handled by the agents in this instance which went smoothly. Any queries were punctually answered in a very friendly and courteous manner by the staff. All in all, I was very pleased with the service provided by Steve Picker and all the staff at Picker Elliott, and would not hesitate in recommending them, or indeed using them again in the future.

GoogleWe asked Lee Griffiths from Picker Elliot to handle the sale of our house, as he was the only agent that came prepared to the original valuation. He brought along examples of similar houses up for sale and sold, close to our house and provided a company booklet of other relevant information so that we were well informed from the start. On his suggestion we had the house ready for photos etc., before the ‘Boxing Day rush’. As promised the house went live on that day and we waited to see what would happen on the opening on business in the new year. On the first day, they had 5 confirmed viewings of which 2 made offers on the house. The house was declared sold ‘stc’ 2 days later. We were then led through the procedures by Lee and Elizabeth, who were always happy to answer any questions we had. The sale went smoothly with no chain on either side and was sold, completing approximately 9 weeks after it went live on the market. We were extremely happy with the whole Picker Elliot Estate Agent experience and would strongly recommend them to anyone wishing to buy or sell a house with them. We would give them 5 stars ‘plus’ and offer our grateful thanks.

GoogleMyself and my wife have recently purchased a property through Picker Elliott and I can honestly say that if it wasn’t for Steve and his team the purchase would have fell through. A relatively simple purchase turned quite messy when the solicitors got involved (lots of miscommunication from the solicitors) but Steve and his team went over and above to pull everything together and make sure the purchase was completed. They were always very professional and communicated everything to me in a clear concise manner. I couldn’t be happier in my new home and it’s all thanks to the hard work of Picker Elliot so thank you. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.

GoogleWe recently sold our house and purchased our new one through Picker Elliott, luckily we dealt with them for both which made the process easier, I previously used them 10 years ago too. Very happy with the service, they produced a great advert and photos for our old house, Lee was great to deal with, always answered any questions we had and happy to offer more than one viewing on our new house. We much prefer to support local, independents and these well deserve their success!

So earlier this year when I had another property to sell I went back and... my experience was the same. Absolutely marvellous. Every step of the way Steve, Zoe and the team worked tirelessly and professionally. End result: SOLD, at a price that both I and the buyer was very happy with, in a timescale that suited everyone. If you want to buy or sell, my message in simple, don't go anywhere else - there's no point, head straight for the best: Picker Elliott.

GoogleAlthough we sold with Scrivins who i personally wouldn't recommend using, we purchased our new bungalow with Picker Elliott. Steve and the team were fantastic every time we viewed properties with them and also the one we ended up purchasing. Nothing was too much trouble, very professional and excellent throughout with great communication. If I was selling a property again, i would have no hesitation and know we would use Picker Elliott.
