GoogleRegistered interest in a property right after it was advertised and was informed they are waiting for keys and will call back. Chased them twice and then chased again and was informed that its gone. Pathetic

GoogleI would avoid this company. I booked to view one house with them, one time and they haven't stopped ringing me since. Somedays they've called me twice in one day. I have 16 calls from them in the last month. That's pretty much every other day. I've just called them and asked them to delete my number and email address so fingers crossed that's the end of it. Oh they also sent me a ridiculous number of emails til I wrote back and asked that they stop. Never going near them again if I can at all help it!! UPDATE: I tried to buy a house through these clowns. We made an offer. Heard nothing. Called them, got told 'we don't take offers seriously til you've had an offer on your house'. Ok, called back when we had an offer. Got told they'd call us back that day. They didn't. Called the next day, were told someone would call back that day. They didn't. Called again. Got told 'Oh we don't take offers seriously til you've accepted an offer'. Ok, called back when we had. Got told the owners were aware and then heard nothing again. Called the owners, told them how we'd made the offer 2 weeks ago initially. Owners furious as they thought they had no offers. Eventually Connells admitted they had 3 offers. Owners said other offers were higher so we called Connells and upped our offer. Spoke to the owners: all offers were the same in the end so Connells told them to pick the one with no chain. No advice to go to best and final, at no point did Connells contact us to counter offer so they are just plainly not doing their job at all here, they are not trying to get the best price for their clients. Upped our offer again after being messed around by Connells allegedly calling us back most of the day but to no avail. The biggest joke of an estate agents ever.NegativeQuality, Professionalism
