GoogleTried to arrange viewings for 2 different houses and just seems to be the same - they don't seem to want to know you if you aren't interested in using their solicitors. Booking a viewing should be as simple as that but we have heard nothing from them since we told them we have already spoken to mortgage advisors and have solicitors lined up.

GoogleI recently moved back to the UK from abroad. Having sold my property I contacted various Estate Agents informing them that I needed to find a property in the Hinckley area and gave them my 'wish list'. I also informed them that I would be in the UK for a week to 'house hunt' and asked them to arrange viewings of any suitable properties for that week. The only person to grasp the situation properly was Jack Richardson of Connells. He promptly set about checking available properties and immediately arranged viewings. Subsequently a property was found and an offer made and accepted. Jack also kept me fully informed of what was going on during the sale process and I am now installed in my new home. Well done Jack!!!

GoogleUtter shambles - avoid at all costs Once they get your details the spam is relentless. They make appointments that they then change or cancel at the last moment. They don’t listen to you . There are plenty of good alternatives, do yourself a favour and choose one .
