After some let downs and dealing with a few less professional lettings agencies, Connells have been amazing in helping us find a place to rent. Start to finish they've been so helpful, responsive and empathetic to the stress of the house hunt. Joe has been amazing in helping us secure the perfect place and also Josh showed us some houses earlier on - so thankful to both of them for their good humour and professionalism (especially scheduling house viewings around our working days which we are so grateful for!). Cannot recommend the guys at Connells enough and genuinely looking forward to dealing with these guys throughout our tenancy 😊PositiveProfessionalism

Great service from the team, especially Joe and Josh. Very organised and efficient. Very knowledgeable and are clearly experienced in the industry. They answered all our queries very promptly. We went to a few properties before we found one that suited us and Connells helped us to achieve this. They listened to our specific needs and were great at communicating as soon as something became available for us. They didn't push for us to go for a property that we weren't 100% on. But were quick to let us know when our property became available. We were able to see it that same day and secured it shortly after, really great service. Myself and my Husband recently found our perfect home through Connells, we have been turned away and had many bad experiences with a lot of estate agents, but Connells, from the very beginning honestly were amazing. I have to say, i have never had customer service at such high standard previously before. Lauren and Joe went well above and beyond for us both, constantly keeping us updated and in the loop. Viewers were lined up for the first available day that the house was up for sale after lockdown as promised and I secured several offers within the first week. I was impressed with this but didn't realise that estate agents come into their own for dealing with problems pre exchange and completion. Rebecca was brilliant at pushing forward my onward purchase when we had problems and kept in regular touch and was a pleasure to deal with. I have no words for Joe, Lauren and the Office in General. We tried so many estate agents as we where trying to move from London to Hinckley in a months time as my husband got a job there! No other estate agent really cared and just kept ignoring us. Not until we called Connells. Joe was the person who understood us fully and was eager to help us from the first moment. Lauren was “running” non stop for us for the paperwork and to make sure that we can find a house ASAP. They respected our needs, our time and understood our situation. Their professionalism and customer service is exceptional. I wish there where more offices like this one. I highly recommend them! Poor service from Connells Hinckley branch. Catherine was the one handling our case. Very unprofessional attitude. She was never helpful to me over the phone. Whenever I wanted to get any updates from her on the sale of my property, she always made an excuse that she doesn't have the file open, she will get back to me when she's checked the information on her file. She never rang me back after that. There were several other instances where she proved to be incompetent and negligent. There is a lack of communication in the team too. On several occasions I left message for Catherine to ring me back. She never rang back, either she didn't receive the message or she wasn't bothered to call back. One team member gives you information completely different to another team member. According to my experience with connells (hinckley) . I would not recommend anyone to use their service.
