From Andy giving us a valuation, to Ben and Sam dealing with the sale of our house and purchase of our new one and Victoria who helped us out with the after sale. Would certainly recommend :)

I have dealt with other estate agents and AKS is my new gold standard. Always happy to help, answering the phone, calling back when they say they will, etc. I highly recommend.

GoogleThe team at AKS have proven to be fantastic in assisting me with the sale of my property from start to finish. Pav has always been there for me when I needed her and kept me fully informed along the way of anything that I needed to know, she was able to answer any questions that I had and would always keep in touch to ensure I was fully up-to-date with the sale. Ellie carried out a lot of the viewings at the property and would always call me after letting me know what the viewers were thinking and if necessary asking me questions on their behalf so we could always keep the potential buyers interested and up to speed on anything they wanted to know to assist with getting that sale, she also went that extra mile which in this day in age really means a lot and I don’t forget about things like that, a company that provides that personal touch is one that should be remembered and recommended! Andrew has a fantastic team working for him with both Ben and Sarah also playing a big part. I cannot say thank you enough for the service that they have provided to me. I would most certainly recommend AKS to anyone who is either looking to buy or sell their home, you will get 1st class treatment and can rest assured that you will be in the best of hands. I just want to say a very big thank you to the whole team and I wish you all well for the future.

They got me the price I wanted for the house, stuck with me through a very protracted and difficult sales process, followed everything up with EVERYBODY in the chain: buyers, solicitors and agents, and communicated professionally and effectively at all times. Safe to assume this was a more personal, attentive experience than you could get at a larger firm. Other factors made it a complicated & drawn out process but the AKS team were fabulous throughout.
