GoogleAll the team has been exceptional at different stages of the process. From the photos and virtual tour of the house to a dedicated Whatsapp group where someone always responds in good time. AKS just made it so easy. I would struggle to find a fault if I tried. I can only recommend this company as it just felt like they cared right until the end of the process. Only downside: The Sold sign broke during a storm and smashed onto the side of my car. Neither the AKS nor the sign company is taking responsibility or paying for the damage. It was their marketing tool which they put up on my property.

FacebookWe decided to make a move after we both retired and approached AKS as they had successfully sold a number of houses on our street. Wow !! The service we got from them was absolutely first class from the first valuation with Andrew, the photo shoot with Sam and Victoria helping us through the final stages. Not forgetting Ben who was also very active in the process. The communication was excellent, even creating a WhatsApp group for us all so any question could be asked with very quick responses. We would not hesitate to recommend AKS to anyone who was considering moving home. FORGET THE REST….. USE THE BEST AKS !

FacebookWe were very nervous about selling our house as it was going to be so life changing for us as a family. We needed to ensure we we pitched it at the right price but also to choose an estate agent who we felt wanted the best for us too. We had a few estate agents round to value our house but didn’t gel with any to the point we felt we could go ahead. A friend recommended AKS to us and Andrew came to value our property and we felt at ease enough to go ahead. As we progressed through the sale and had contact with the rest of the team we were impressed with their professionalism and support. There are always stressful moments in the selling process with all parties involved, solicitors, estate agents etc and each time AKS were supportive and took the stress off us by sorting out any problems. The most important thing was that they were always contactable either at the end of a phone or by email and quick to respond and help us. We can’t recommended this company enough and wouldn’t use anyone else if we moved again.
