I have dealt with a number of estate agents over the years but AKS was easily the best. They set to work immediately and enthusiastically, and I was kept informed at every stage. The viewings were arranged without a hitch and, in no time, we had a buyer. They were very professional, but also friendly and approachable. I highly recommend them.

After a couple of unsuccessful attempts to sell through high st. estate agents, we got wind of a small, friendly company - AKS. Andy paid us a visit and we were taken by his friendly professionalism, high quality photos were taken and once on the market with people that were passionate about their work the house soon got sold! We were kept up to date right through the process, thank you all at AKS!

Amazing. Excellent responsive service. Really like the presentation and market appraisal. This is one of those companies that deserves to do well. It's needs to keep that personal honest approach going forward.

Can't recommend AKS highly enough. Every member of the team is outstanding. They did all viewings and generated interest in our home that other agents wouldn't have. They sold our house on the first viewing for the asking price so we couldn't ask for more! The sales progression/management of the chain is superb as well with plenty of updates. I'm convinced we moved before Christmas thanks to their speedy work.

Amazing company. Our house was on the market for five months before they took it over. They found lots of potential buyers and we were more than happy with the price we got. We found everyone there to be very efficient and friendly. Its a small company so anyone you speak to can deal with your queries. Cant fault them or thank them enough. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I genuinely cannot fault AKS. Professional, friendly, there when you need them and constantly on the ball. All the staff were a pleasure to deal with. Victoria in particular made sure we were updated and happy throughout the whole process. Thankyou for a wonderful selling experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

AKS sold our house and were trustworthy, honest and reliable from the start. Andrew(director) really knows the local market and has many years experience as an estate agent. They always kept in touch, did what they said they would do and more. We would recommend them to our family and friends and will use them in future for rental tenants and sales. 5 -star service and pleasant to deal with! Thanks.

Really recommend these agents. They pulled out all stops to enable to exchange and complete ASAP. From when we first saw the house to final completion it was only 40 days. Very impressed with their friendliness and professionalism. I feel I must mention Ben the agent who showed us the property as he was very helpful and really understood our difficult position

Very professional , they were all extremely helpful with our completion especially when we was under pressure from our buyer to complete by deadline. All at AKS pushed to get it complete on time & provided excellent communication with me all the time. They greeted me very politely when I picked up my keys & gave as a gift in return.
