Andrew & Ben are a great team at AKS, working to deliver a 5 * service to us as a customer. AKS dealt with both our buy and sell and didn't disappoint. The idea of being the hosts of your viewings is a great service and enables you to carry on with your busy lives. Following the entire process and working as the inbetween to ensure that all of the boxes are ticked, they did this as an excellent service. If I were ever to look to sell again, i would certainly deal with AKS.

I decided to use AKS after a property they had sold caught my eye. For me, it was the quality of the photo’s that stood out. We could not reserve our new home until we had sold. Andrew, Ben and Sarah understood our position and the deadline we were facing. Within a week of going on the market we had sold and were able to reserve our plot. Credit to AKS, they delivered on their promises and with their persistence and marketing skills they made this possible. What I loved about AKS is they provided me with my own online hub. This quirky tool gave me daily updates on how many views my property had on Rightmove and zoopla the previous day, it showed me all the viewings booked in, the feedback received from past viewings and the offers made, fantastic tool! I would highly recommend AKS to anyone looking for an Estate agent that have great staff who are totally committed to selling your home for the best price.

I have moved house seven times since getting married and the service provided by AKS is far and away the best I have experienced. The team there helped us sell our house in just two weeks, receive four offers, two above the asking price. The quality of their photos and the creative thinking behind their video was the best I’ve seen and the printed brochure put their rivals ones to shame. They dealt with our buyer - who needed lots of reassuring - with sensitivity and empathy and kept us fully updated. They demonstrated a genuine interest in us as people and a care for our property. They even gave us a wedding anniversary present! Highly recommended.
