Hi Jas, was this rating meant for us as I have checked and we don't have anyone with your name that we have come into contact with as either a buyer or seller. If it is a random review than I suppose at least it is 4 stars rather than anything lower! :)

Agent replied · 10 June 2024

Hi Marie, was your review meant for us? I don’t seem to have any record of a customer by your name. As a small local business reputation and reviews are really important to us so I would hate to get a 3* review if it was really meant for someone else. Andrew
