I can’t recommend AKS highly enough, who truly made my nearly 10-year stay such a positive experience. From the very beginning, everything was handled promptly and professionally. Any queries or maintenance issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently, which gave me real peace of mind over the years. It’s rare to find an estate agent that combines professionalism with genuine care, but that’s exactly what I experienced. A special thank you to Ann, who was always approachable, supportive, and incredibly helpful. No matter how small the question or request, she was patient, understanding, and proactive in finding solutions. Her friendly attitude and consistent communication made everything so easy. After almost a decade with them, I can honestly say the service has always been reliable, well-organised, and efficient. I’m very grateful for the support I received throughout my tenancy and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend AKS to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional estate agent.

From beginning to end all the team at AKS were amazing. They kept us up to date with everything that was happening with both our sale and our purchase. The team are so friendly and explained everything to us so we fully understood what was happening. The final few moments of completion day (Friday, 5.00pm) were the most stressful moments during the whole experience, but Lyndsay was so calm dealing with various solicitors, and again, kept us fully informed of everything going on. We would definitely recommend using AKS

We have recently sold two houses with AKS and I can't recommend them enough. From the first meeting with Andrew to every contact with all the team you know you have made the right choice and you are in safe hands. The team are professional, efficient and informative. We imagined things were going to be very stressful due to selling two houses at the same time. However, the team took all the stress out of it. What I would also add is Andrew at AKS recommended we list one of the houses at a much higher price than two other estate agents we had consulted, had already advised. We achieved a sale price of £60,000 above what the other estate agents had recommended. There were lots of the AKS team involved in our sales but big shout out to Andrew, Sam, Mikaela, Laura, Jodie and Lyndsay! What a team!! I would 100% recommend the AKS team!!

From the initial enthusiasm of Andrew on the valuation, (after which my wife called me and said if he can't sell it then no one can), to the way Jodie, Laura and Lyndsey handled everything from that point. After trying with others before hand and having no joy AKS actually sold it twice inside two months! If you are considering moving, please give them a call. From the very start it was evident that AKS standards are set very high, the level of communication was seamless, updated regularly and no question(s) left unanswered. I chose AKS as on my daily runs I could not help but notice the AKS for sale boards, with most indicating SOLD. Whilst at the time of advertising, the country had put the breaks on most purchases in anticipation of the chancellors budget announcement with questions on interest rates etc. My property sold within 4 weeks, this I put down to the amazing profile advertised by AKS and the interaction with potential buyers as the team coordinated and conducted all the viewings. I sit in my new house which was part of a 5 way chain, 3 of which where managed and executed by AKS to see both transfer and completion on the same day. 5 stars are not enough.

Although we didn’t quite get the outcome we wanted from putting our property on the market (due to our onward chain) we wanted to recognise the fantastic service we’ve received over the past couple of months from AKS. We recently purchased a house through AKS and only have positive things to say. Mikaela was especially helpful throughout the process and was on hand to answer any questions we had and push the purchase to completion. On moving day AKS gave us a lovely photo frame gift to celebrate the move which was a nice gesture. Chose AkS to sell my property after obtaining a valuation from my initial meeting with Andrew. My property was on sale previously with a big well known estate agent for 6 months, but did not manage to get a sale. Andrew got right into the nitty gritty on the things we could do to enhance our chances of getting more viewings and provided an excellent plan of action. An approach none of the other estate agents showed to the level of how Andrew did. This is why I decided to use AKS to sell my property, although I wasnt sure what to expect. We had an excellent experience with AKS from start to finish - from the valuation with Andrew, to the photos and video with Sam and Mikaela, to the sales progression with Lyndsay, and of course the rest of the team as well who were all unfailingly helpful. Particularly good was the communication. Much of this was done via a Whatsapp group which was a quick and easy way to communicate, but I also found the AKS team members were very happy to chat on the phone and answer our questions. They were proactive and timely in their responses. We felt they genuinely cared about helping us move. They made the process much smoother than it might otherwise have been. Many aspects of moving house can be stressful, but AKS were a joy to work with and from start to finish. Their service was impeccable. When choosing an estate agent, we prioritised finding the most professional and trustworthy firm in order to move efficiently. Andy and his team were knowledgeable, friendly, reliable and consistently on their game. Initially, we got quotes from 6 local agents, which varied staggeringly from £250-320k. AKS could clearly explain their rationale and our conversations with them gave us confidence they were credible, rather than valuing aggressively to win the business. We were very happy with the materials created and the way the property was marketed and we achieved a sale within 4 days, with multiple offers. For anyone in doubt, we literally couldn't describe any shortcomings or areas for improvement for AKS and would recommend them to anyone.
