I bought a flat sold through AKS. Mikaela was the sales progressor who did our viewing and was my point of contact throughout. She was always responsive to queries and provided updates where required and chased those involved to try and get everything sorted for completion. Absolutely amazing service received from all @ AKS. From start to finish it ran smoothly they carried out the viewings kept us posted along the way to the final call on the completion day to advise us we are completed and ready to go. AKS certainly relieved some stress from this experience. Andy & Ben were professional, honest, friendly and efficient throughout the whole process. Then WhatsApp group is a great idea for those questions that pop into your head when the office is closed knowing they will reply when back at work. I would highly recommend AKS! Thank you

AKS have been amazing, totally different from any agent I have used in the past. Andrew told me he would aim to sell my home within 4 weeks; he achieved precisely that but the service didn’t stop there. I have never dealt with estate agents who are so professional but also incredibly helpful. Nothing seems too much trouble and everything they promise, which is a lot, they deliver, and more besides, with regular updates on my sale and reassurance when progress seemed slow. I really can’t recommend them highly enough and certainly would not hesitate to use them again in the future. Andrew and the team have been fantastic from start to finish. Andrew shared his expert knowledge on how the sale would work which really helped as this was our first property we’d sold. From our first meeting we both instantly felt at ease (even though we were expecting a different estate agent and quickly realised we’d got the wrong number!) AKS provided a comprehensive and professional service - they marketed the property extremely well and managed the viewings and feedback to a very high standard. Post agreeing the sale the process was challenging and AKS had to navigate across a range of unresponsive solicitors which they did with cheerfulness and reassurance which was appreciated but frustrating. Their fees are higher than some other agents but they deliver the service and do so with professionalism and courtesy. I never want to move again but if I did - I would highly recommend. Lyndsay, in particular, kept me sane ! So thank you .

AKS estate agents … well I don’t even know where to start. Honestly the best estate agents we have ever used. Firstly, we had the lovely pleasure of meeting Sam who introduced us to our forever family home that we had arranged to view and made us feel so comfortable and didn’t rush us during the viewing had all the answers to any questions we had about the house we were looking to buy. She allowed us to roam free about the house but ensured she highlighted the key selling points to the house. Buying and selling a house can be one of the most stressful things you undertake in life and as a young couple guidance was key for us to know what we need to do to help speed things up with solicitors and some of the jargon they use was another language to us. Lyndsay at AKS was our absolute angel and is a treasure to the company. Her constant communication skills and guidance was elite and gave us reassurance throughout the entire process as well as helping us to understand each stages of buying a house. From getting the sale secured to handing over the keys Lyndsay excelled in so many ways and pushed and pushed to get the sale complete. Thank you so much AKS we will certainly be recommending your services to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.
