I have unfortunately dealt with a lot of different estate agents and they can be very shocking with the customer service, however, AKS is definitely not one of them. I found them to be very helpful and friendly. The person who I dealt with was informative, helpful, polite and extremely efficient with any issues or questions I had during this whole process. I genuinely do not have a bad word to say about the company or the individual who dealt with me, 10/10. :)

AKS were absolutely fantastic through our entire selling process, we really couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent. We were in a bit of a rush to sell our house due to wanting to buy another house - AKS pulled out all the stops to come round and take photos and a video and put it online within a day. They also made us a feature property on Rightmove and actively contacted buyers to advertise that our house was up for sale. We sold our house within a couple of weeks which was absolutely fantastic. Once the offer was made and accepted, AKS continued to provide great service. We had some issues with the progress our solicitor was making and issues lower down in the chain - I genuinely believe that if we weren’t with AKS, completion would have taken 10 times longer. They were continuously chasing things for us and calling us to provide updates - it was much appreciated and alleviated some of the stress! The whole team are amazing - I never usually write reviews but AKS really deserve the praise and I couldn’t recommend them any more.

Lacked professional and ethics. I couldn’t recommend, neither would I purchase or sell a property through them. Sale agreed direct with vendor at £150k provided ID and Bank Statements which had £145k on the basis that only 25% deposit is required to complete the transaction on BTL or Bridge. My broker had provided AIP for the development finance. Whilst I was on annual leave they accepted another party’s offer £5k higher. They later informed me that they accepted another offer because I didn’t provide a means of purchasing the property. I had appointed Solicitors, architects and submitted a planning application which they were aware of from the beginning. They waited until I returned from annual leave (1 week) to inform me I had not provided sufficient information for the “Proof of Funds” & this was the reason for accepting another offer… Lack of morals

I was recommended AKS by a friend who had used them to sell their property. From the first visit I made to AKS and meeting Andrew, Ben and the rest of the team I knew that they were the agents I wanted to deal with. Their professionalism, understanding of exactly what my situation was, being realistic and customer focused all score them bonus points. I know that people can say anything just to get the business but these guys are genuine and just want the best for buyers and sellers. Once the selling ball started rolling, they were great at giving feedback on viewings and any issues or concerns that cropped up (out of either of our controls) were dealt with and solutions given. Once an offer was accepted, this is where Mikaela came into her own and was constantly checking to make sure that the sale was going to go through as smoothly as possible. All in all I would not hesitate to recommend AKS for any property sale and I would say some of their competition in this field could learn lots from them about how to treat customers. Well done AKS!
