We purchased a house listed by AKS and the service they have provided has been outstanding! Their approach is so much more professional, friendly and pro-active than other estate agents I've experienced. Mikaela and Ben have been incredible. Ben showed us around the property and made the viewing a cut far above the rest. We had many viewings with some other Derby based estate agents which were shockingly bad in comparison. Mikaela kept us well informed throughout, was incredibly helpful and always called back or replied to emails quickly. Unfortunately the property I was selling wasn't listed by AKS and I wish it had been. If I were to sell again I wouldn't even approach anyone else! AKS really seem to do things differently to other estate agents which makes everything easy and a pleasure! Thank you to everyone at AKS!

We just moved to our house in Derby and AKS was in charge of the property. It was a super smooth and beautiful process. Ann was so helpful and replied to my many questions and emails super fast and warmly. On the day we were to get the key, we were shown all there needed to be known about the apartment and how it’s run and it is really great. Ann was super patient and kind. I would recommend AKS anytime, any day! To top it all up, the apartment is splendid 🥹.

Andrew and the team have been fabulous from start to finish! From taking the pictures, to marketing and finally completing! They took the stress out of everything and communicated so well (the WhatsApp group was so helpful too)! They even recommended a fabulous solicitor too! I would have no concerns in recommending the team if needing to sell a property! You all go above and beyond and Thankyou just doesn’t seem enough for everything you all do!

Im a first year student in Derby and I rented from them this year and I have only positive things to say about Ann and her team. I rang about a leaky fridge, she was over quick to get it sorted for me and was always very understanding if I had to pay rent a few days late due to my alignment of my Student Finance. Overall a 10/10 company, I would definitely recommend letting from them!

I cannot fault a single thing about the high level of customer service given by AKS residential from the start of my purchase, up until the date of completion. I have liased with the lovely Sales Progressor Victoria throughout the entire process. Victoria has gone above and beyond by regularly checking in with my partner and I regarding the progress of our purchase, as well as taking the time to explain the next stages of my house purchase to me as I am a first time buyer. I feel very fortunate to have had Victoria looking out for me, as I was made to feel more as a friend than a client by her and the team at AKS. Although, I have not met Victoria in person but after our numerous telephone conversations I can tell you that she seems to be a wonderful person, as well as a true asset to her team. AKS recently sold our property for us, and they were great throughout the whole process. Andrew & Ben initially came out to view & photograph the property for us, and they then carried out all the viewings for us whilst we were at work, which was super convenient! Once an offer was accepted Victoria was then our main contact seeing us through to completion. It was a stressful few months for us due to being in a lengthy chain.. but Victoria was fantastic throughout, continually chasing the chain & keeping us updated with progress. From enquiring about the property, to viewing and through to completion she was brilliant. Ann was always available either via email or the phone. I've rented a student property for the next year through AKS and dealt entirely with Ann. She is lovely, very responsive to emails (always on the same day or first thing the next day within business hours if I sent an email after 5pm). She was very patient and explained everything in detail when sending over the contracts and answered any queries I've had. Also helped me to sort out payment and recommended where to go when they didn't receive it (fault on my end). When she was showing us the properties, Ann was on time (she even came on her day off, which I really appreciate!), professional and showed us around. She told us about the landlords and any issues spotted with the property were fixed like she promised. She also went above and beyond when trying to help my current flatmate (international) sort out a shorter term contract and help her move in to try and alleviate any stress she had. While this didn't follow through, Ann was understanding and professional about the situation. Overall, I can't fault dealing with AKS. I've had no issues at all. I would highly recommend AKS. They just stood out above all the other agents I spoke to. Andrew is so passionate and knowledgeable about what he does and is extremely personable. He gave me every confidence that they would sell my house and they did. They do not tie you into a minimum contract and I can see why!
