GooglePlease never trust this agency specially Josh Walker the manager of Hillsbourough agency. I am really sorry for this agancy and specially for Josh Walker the manager of hillsborough property. They refuse to refund our holding deposit back when there are no services provided.This is the most awful and unthrusworthy agancy I have ever trust in my life and will never recommend anybody. Mr. Josh Walker, you cannot absolve yourself from the burden of responsibility by saying seemingly logical and polite words, you illegally declare that our documents are not approved however, not provided any reason to prove this issue.And you have not returned the hold deposit amount for which you have not done anything and also deprived us of our time and opprtunities to find another place for these days. You have given up and will not return the 173 pund hold deposit to us.This issue is definitely illegal and you are obliged to return our money and don’t think that you can avoid paying these amount by saying these irrelevant sentences. How do you think that you can be a responsible maneger While you do not refund your customers money. I am really sorry for you and for your agency.
Maryam, Just like my reply to your husband below we have a duty of care to our landlords to make sure that we fully reference tenants moving into our properties. Unfortunately your references and your guarantor references all came back as a decline for reasons that we have discussed with you. GoogleUsed Reeds Rains to move into my new place two days ago. The entire team are fantastic and help you with your every query! Liam and Joshua in particular the two sales team extraordinaire! (Just to name drop afew) I'm a stickler for details and was panicking about references and making sure everything went through with given time constraints - (Lockdown 2 being on the horizon) Thankyou Liam for putting up with my constant inquiries for this first time renter! (No seriously. Thankyou!!) Top People. Top Service and would use again 11/10 across the board!! *edit two years later* Was meaning to update this, I was with reeds rains for two years. (Moved out due to finding a different place under a different company) - if reeds rains managed my new place, I would still definitely be with them. In a nutshell and to summarise: The whole team is fantastic and they will look after you!
