GoogleJust used these guys to rent our propery and everyone who helped us has been great, Josh,Cheryl and Mario and team. Mario also went the extra mile to help out with a few last minute plumbing issues, really helpful. Definitely recommend, friendly, efficient and professional service

GoogleReeds Rains, especially Emily, have been exceptional at keeping me informed during the process of selling my home and if I could give them 6 stars I would! I get at least weekly updates confirming where in the process we are and I never have to chase them for anything. And they aren't even my estate agent, they are the vendor's agent! I was asked by my estate agent to get a vendor update and when I contacted Emily and asked her to email one over to me, she went the extra mile and updated my agent direct which was really appreciated as moving home can be really stressful. I would definitely recommend them and if moving again in the future they will be the first people I contact :)

GoogleDisgraceful attitude of woman I just spoke to and dismal treatment of my friend who rents with them. They are kicking my friend out of her property as the landlord is selling. She is a good tenant who pays rent on time and keeps the prop clean and tidy. She has been issued a section 21 and they are trying to bully her into leaving sooner than the date they advised on the letter. They are giving her a hard time about getting a reference to the council so she can get another property. She will be homeless without a reference. Council have advised the letting agent needs to get in touch to get a form filled in. They are aware it is their job to fill this form in and need to contact the council. Lady I spoke to on the phone was very rude and kept interrupting me and said she won’t do anything or call anyone till they get a form. The issues with the estate agent and landlord have been going on since she moved in. Plumping not been fixed in right away toilets creating an inhospitable environment for over a month. Bullying tactics from agent. Furniture being left even though it was rented as unfinished. Short notice period for inspections. Not showing up for inspections. All my friend wants is a reference. A reasonable request. Reeds Reins are bullying and trying to take advantage of someone with with autism. I really hope this is resolved quickly.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

They both went above and beyond to find me a house that suited my needs and worked hard to help me navigate all the paperwork and other elements. They were also kind and professional throughout and were very reassuring. Really the kind of people you want to work with when finding a house, making something that could be very stressful basically stress free!

GoogleI had a few estate agents to view and value my home for sale but choose to go with Reeds Rains because Vickie (who came out to see me) was the most professional and knowledgeable. She walked me through the full process, gave advice on the best way for me to go, wasn’t pushy, didn’t discredit any other agents (which I found others did) and was honest about my home and the value. Once my house was marketed she handed me over to Alanah and Gemma who have arranged lots of viewings, discussed and gave advice on offers and kept me updated through the whole sales process. Jayne helped us as first time buyers through a stressful process of ups and downs to finally owning our own home. GoogleThe staff at Reeds Rains Hillsborough have been superb. They supported us every step along the way as we sold our house, keeping in touch and making sure we were informed about progress.
