⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Harrison was very polite and professional throughout the viewing. He made us feel welcome while showcasing the property and answered all of our questions clearly and patiently. We really liked the property, but unfortunately decided not to rent it because the staircase was quite steep for us. A big thank you to Cheryl for handling the sale of our property. She answered my calls pretty much every day (even though I probably rang far more than most!) and always kept me up to date with our buyer and what was happening. I genuinely felt looked after from start to finish. The photos were great and the house was on the market very quickly - less than a week after the initial valuation visit. They weren’t the cheapest option, but for me the service more than justified it. Having a proper office with people available to answer the phone, a clear point of contact at every stage, and someone who could pass messages on and call back if needed made a huge difference. Compared to online-only agents I’ve dealt with before, this was far less stressful and I'd happily recommend them.

We went with Reed's Rains to market the property because when they call out to do the valuation of the property they were absolutely on point with price and marketing unlike the other estate agents which either wanted to massively over inflate the price or woefully under valued. To rent a house in the S6 area after honestly filling out the application form and providing the reference letter , income and guarantor after nine days they told me that you can’t rent the house and in an email they stated that the reason was that my information was not honest also they took £173 as a hold deposit from me on the first day and now they won’t give it back to me. Please don’t trust Reeds Rains Estate Agents Hillsborough . Especially Josh Walker who told us that I don’t care at all and I have no responsibility for your money and lost days .
