Very disappointed at the way the staff have dealt my case of buying a house. I viewed a property and spoke to the vendor and he said he was happy with the offer and that I can proceed. So I spoke to the agents they said NO its still on the market etc etc obviously seeing if they can get a better offer. So backwards and forwards with one colleague to another they said ur not financially secure from there financial advisor but nothing had been sorted he was in the process of getting the mortgage so at 2pm I rang once again to hear oh yeh we just waiting on someone to confirm that ur mortgage has gone through. When I spoke to the guy he said no one is interested in the house and not to worry literally 2hours later I get a phone call from a lady sayin the property has been Sold. Absolutely impeccable experience with the Reeds Rains Hillsborough branch. Securing a new rental during the Covid pandemic posed an entirely new set of worries alongside the usual stresses of moving home, but with the help of Liam, Josh, Cheryl and Jayne, the process was made so easy and straightforward. I cannot commend enough their brilliant service and how well they've adapted the process to suit the new measures. Friendly and helpful at every turn and a pleasure to have dealt with. AVOID!! Extremely unhelpful, dismissive and expensive. Shockingly high and disproportionate fees - I would advise any landlords to look elsewhere if they require a managed service. All staff I have dealt with have been unhelpful and unwilling to support their tenants. At the time of signing I was asked approx 5 times to leave a review - at this point I hadn’t even moved in, to me this felt extremely forced and I felt pressured. I would NEVER rent from Reeds Rains and WOULD NOT recommend them to anyone. On multiple occasions they haven’t turned up on time to scheduled appointments and on one occasion never turned up at all. Very poor service!

As a managing agent I have used Reeds Rain (previously Your Move) for nearly 3 years. Initially Cheryl Westerman cold called me and I was impressed by her cheery disposition, without being pushy. I went back to her once I had potential instructions for the firm. The first properties I instructed them to market had been with another company who were unable to let them over a period of time. I was introduced to Josh Walker who was friendly, very professional and offered useful advice. Since then, whenever I have a property that needs marketing I go to Reeds Rain, Hillsborough. Josh and Cheryl always make me feel welcome and are very proactive when it comes to letting. I highly recommend Reeds Rain, Hillsborough. They get results!!

From the minute I walked in I was welcomed and put at ease. Gemma who got me through the whole process of selling my home was wonderful. Always available and kept me up to date right til the completion. She is a star. Josh the Lettings manager was also very helpful .
