GoogleMy son used this shop to rent a house, on the day of moving they were phoned at 3pm to tell them they can't move in due to having no gas certificate, all there furniture and clothes were all packed in cars and van ready to move, communication is shocking staff are not helpful i would avoid using this shop
Hi Jayne, This was a very unfortunate situation with a unique set of circumstances and we’re very sorry for the inconvenience caused. The landlord of the property was not contactable to make payment to the gas contractor due to urgent family circumstances. This meant the Gas Safety Inspection could not go ahead on the date planned. The move in date was pushed back by one day. Knowing the removal van was booked, we tried to do all we could to reduce the impact for the tenant by obtaining special permission to allow furniture to be stored at the property. GoogleI have not been impressed with this branch, they lack customer discretion, gossiping about both landlords and tenants, and I found the branch manger way too cold and stand offish. I won't be using again and I don't recommend using.
