GoogleWe bought our first house with Reeds Rains Hillsborough and they were great. I mostly interacted with Alanah and Gemma who were both very friendly and professional. Whilst it was offered the service was never pushy in terms of using in house solicitors/mortgages/insurances which I appreciated. Alanah and Gemma were both great at regularly checking in and helping to explain the house buying process for first time buyers.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
Thank you for your 5* review Natasha. We hope you are getting settled in your new home. Reeds Rains Hillsborough

GoogleI have had superb service from Marios, Erica and the team in the Hillsborough branch. Erica helped and gave 100% to all aspects in helping solve any problems which we incurred in setting up my rental property. I would recommend them to any property owner. Marios always kept me up to date with everything and made owning and renting my property problem free. As i live oversees this is vital. I would like to give a 5* plus but it does not allow it. Thank you again.
Thank you Lee for your kind comments. We are only a phone call if you need any help!

GoogleFrom walking into Reeds Rains Hillsborough I felt welcome by the happy team. Cheryl Westerman was the first to sit me down and chat with me making things really simple. Upon talking about what property type I was looking for and giving my address Josh Walker told me about a property just come on the market across the road from where I was living. From then on the 2 were in contact almost every day keeping me in the loop and got me into the property within a week. Very professional. Many thanks to the team at Hillsborough especially Cheryl and Josh.
We hope you have settled in well at your new home Daley & wish you all the best. Thank you for your kind comments

GoogleWe have been extremely happy with the service we have had from the Team at Reeds Rains. Gemma is incredibly professional but equally approachable, always kept us in the loop. She is dedicated, hard working and always there to help. Cheryl was amazing when things were not working out as we had hoped. She made sure we were always up to date with developments, and has a very calm and positive manner which was really helpful when we came across some issues. Josh in lettings was also brilliant in helping us to secure a beautiful rental property in the area we wanted to be. Reeds Rains would be my first choice if I was to buy/sell or rent a property again in the future.

GoogleWe were selling our late parents property which had been our family home for over 50 years . After a flurry of initial viewings it slowed down . Eventually we received an offer which we accepted . A few problems cropped up due to the age and condition of the property but everything was resolved . The staff at the Hillsborough branch, Victoria, Masie and Jayne are really lovely , friendly and helpful. Completed today, so many thanks 😊

GoogleOlivia Hancock first dealt with my enquiry over the phone, very polite, easy / pleasant to talk to. Within no time at all she arranged a house viewing for me and a meeting with Ben kimpton (mortgage consultant) at a convenient time for me. The meeting with Ben was relaxed, all information I needed was told and all questions I asked were answered. I would definitely recommend, hassle free and overall a friendly team. Thank you.

GoogleReeds Rains provided us with an amazing service from start to finish during our letting process from my first communication with Josh and the ease with which the viewing appointment was handled. We met Harrison during the viewing appointment and his cheerful demeanor really had us quite excited about the possibilities the property had to offer. He basically held our hands throughout the vetting process right till we signed our tenancy agreement. He allayed any doubts and fears we had and constantly reassured us that everything was on track according to our timelines. Well done to this amazing team with a special shout out to our guy Harrison. He's a rockstar.

GoogleVictoria was very helpful explaining options for sale or rental. She was professional, efficient and evidentally knew the market well. We eventually decided to sell privately and she offered a service should the process stall. If I was to use an estate agent for a future sale, I'd certainly consider engaging Reeds Rain.
Thank you Caroline for your positive words, all the best. Reeds Rains Hillsborough
