My husband and I have just rented a property through Lakin&co and the whole process from the viewing to moving in took only four weeks.. Chris showed us the property and went through each room in excellent detail,he advised us on the process for applying for the property and we were accepted the same day, they kindly let us have the keys two days early as it would have proved difficult to move on Monday . All in all can't fault this business very professional but with a human element about it.

James and Andre have been brilliant in sourcing tenants for two properties, both getting tenants within a week of being marketed. The service sets Lakin & Co apart from their competitors when it comes to lettings. There is no delay in getting viewings and paperwork sorted. Would highly recommend.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

We were fortunate enough to have Lakins as our vendors estate agent. They were very professional and sympathetic with difficulties in the chain lower down and we were always listened to. All the team are very friendly and kept us very well informed including on exchange and completion days which was much appreciated as a personal touch. We would highly recommend the Ickenham office.

Sold a house with Larkin. Having had dealing with them before through rentals. I’ve sold houses before and there always normally a bit of stress. But this time there was absolutely no stress Chriss initial came out and we had a good discussion about price. Chris’s had done his homework. We agreed a price photo’s taken next day and straight on the market. Between us we choose the best buyer who had her mortgage already agreed. From then on molly phoned me every week to let me know how progress was. Even sending emails on my behalf. I couldn’t recommend Chriss and his team enough. Thanks for everything.PositiveProfessionalism

Five stars is not enough for this fantastic company. They found a property for me to rent and have gone over and above the whole way through. A refreshing change to have an estate agent that genuinely cares. Every member of staff who I have come into contact with has been so friendly and helpful, but special thanks go to Chris, Glenn, Lauren and Nicola. You guys are the best ⭐️

Excellent, professional service throughout the four years that I’ve been working with Lakin and Co on first renting out a property before selling it in August this year.Every member of staff that I’ve been in contact with has responded quickly to any questions or requests and I’ve never had any cause to complain or chase up - everything has always gone smoothly. I can highly recommend Lakin and Co to anyone considering renting or selling.

Leaving a review on behalf of Pauline and Alan Price. Thank you to Molly, Margot, Nicola and all the staff for such a great experience at selling our property and helping us to purchase a new one. We are so pleased with the service all the team gave us, you were all very kind and extremely helpful, nothing was ever too much for you. We reached times where we were at the end of our tether however a call from Molly always put things back straight. Thank you again and you will be hearing from us again soon!

My Dad was a client of Lakin & Co (formerly Swakeleys Estates) for nearly twenty years for two rental properties he had in Ickenham, which were expertly managed throughout. When he sadly passed away, it fell to me to sell the properties and Lakin & Co were our natural choice as selling agents. Throughout the process, they were attentive and supportive. They managed all the viewings and following up with buyer enquiries. Their knowledge of the market is excellent and they successfully negotiated the sale to a smooth conclusion. Highly recommended.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

The whole team managed by Chris made me feel valued and the culture throughout the company was that they genuinely cared. Their response was always quick and they always resolved any issues that came up regarding my tenancy. This is a strange review as Lakin didn't actually sell or help me purchase my house/s. Lakin were the Estate Agent who managed the chain. So this review is to say thank you and to tell people how professional, honest and communicative this company is. They are what all Estate Agents should aspire to be. Molly was outstanding and I can honestly say that sales and purchases throughout the chain would not have happened without her hard work. She kept everyone updated and worked to help anyone in the chain however she could. All the team were helpful, as I spoke to Chris and Devon when Molly was not available and they all knew the status. Should I ever need to or want to buy or sell a house again I wouldn't waste any time going elsewhere and just head to Lakin.

We've been using Lakin & Co since their inception to manage the rental of our flat in Ickenham. We've experience of other agents prior to this, and with the level of service Chris and the team offer, there's no question of us using any other agent to manage our property. What sets them apart is the consistency of the experience top to bottom, with Chris leading by example and his solid team keeping to the same high standards. Extremely professional, courteous at all times, and see matters through with little involvement from ourselves. If we were to purchase additional properties in the area, we wouldn't hesitate to have Lakin & Co manage these for us.

Very good communication I had with them. I can see what's going on exactly through the whole process of selling my house. Problem handing was perfect. I did not need to worry. At the end I could sell my house as I requested. Perfect professionalism.

I highly recommend Lakin & Co to everybody. Me and my partner received a very professional service from viewing the property to moving into our new house and ever since. A cute welcome box was waiting for us on the day of the move. The Team is always very helpful and they would assist you with all your questions and provide you with immediate help if there is an issue. A very professional team with excellent customer service skills. Thank you for Chris, Michelle and Lauren. They are the first real estate agent that made us feel like they really care about their customers. I would thoroughly recommend Lakin & Co.
