GoogleI had a wonderful experience with Lakin and Co. They are just outstanding in their services and very much supportive. Beyond just selling properties they are showing responsibility for what they do. I had the chance to meet the director of this firm and succeed with my offer for a property in Harrow through him directly. The staff at Lakin and Co were amazing and they were so supportive and caring! That’s what made me so connected to Lakin and Co! The quality of their services and timeliness is outstanding and also 100% reliable!!!

GoogleWe've had the pleasure of working with Lakin & Co as my estate agents, and I must say, they truly stand out compared to franchise agents. Being local, they bring a personal touch that you can really feel, making all the difference. Their professionalism and helpfulness are evident in every interaction. What sets them apart is their genuine commitment to doing the best for both landlords and tenants. They've been a lifesaver on numerous occasions, always ready and willing to assist, no matter how trivial our questions may seem. Their responsiveness and respectfulness make them a prime example of how local professionals make a significant difference. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated estate agency.

GoogleI have been a tenant under Lakin and Co now for 3 years and they are very efficient I had to write a review. Any major or minor issue I have had was dealt with urgency and I was never made to feel like a bother. Emma Lakin has been particularly helpful as she will always follow up which means I never have to worry about chasing things up. I would highly recommend this agent for anyone looking!

GoogleRude to deal with once they got to the details. Talking to me as they have done a favour or free service! Not professional and no details provided as expected and whenever ask something they kept repeating themselves and do not listen. Very disappointing!!! Only fees and charged motivated. I thought service and the way of dealing were very good and nice at the start of the process, however, once we got into the details personalities changed and they became rude and not helpful. I don’t advise to deal with.

GoogleGreat service, Michelle put up with my inherent lateness and provided extraordinary levels of customer service, an absolutely pleasurable experience from start to finish, especially as I have a pathological dislike of estate agents. Chris and his team have changed my view and i now hate all estate agents apart from Lakins 😄 …

Our tenants are happy - they stay for years at a time - and we are notified of any issues in a timely manner, with options provided on how to resolve them. True emergencies are managed directly by them to ensure things move quickly, with a report provided right after. We can only speak highly of the team working at Lakin & Co.

GoogleI recently booked a viewing for a property that was advertised with off-street parking. Before attending, I double-checked this detail with the agent, who confirmed it was accurate. However, upon arrival, the representative at the viewing contradicted this, stating that off-street parking was not available. This misinformation wasted my time, especially as I had to travel a long distance. While the viewing agent was polite, the lack of transparency in advertising and communication was disappointing. I would advise others to verify key details independently before committing to a viewing with this agency. I wouldn’t recommend and strongly advice against their positive reviews.
