Its always hard in London to find the right rental property and above that the right agent who can help you with your requirement and specifics. We had worst experience with our last agent where a review wasn't imp, but when you have a good one its a must to applaud. We recently rented our new home in Ickenham and chose Lakin & Co. We have been using Chris and his team for many years now and are very pleased with the service received. We are overseas landlords, living in the USA. Chris has been managing our property in Uxbridge since it was built. In fact after construction was completed Chris did the walk through and accepted the keys on our behalf. They have successfully acquired tenants for the property in a timely manner. They handle all aspects concerning the property for us and are very prompt in email responses. We have other properties in the London area which we wish Lakin and Co could manage since the letting agents handling these are not as efficient and competent but these are not in areas which they cover.
