GoogleI highly recommend Lakin. We had lots of experience with other big agencies in Hillingdon and Icenham but Lakin were the first one who treated us very personally and understood our needs. We bought the house with Lakin, and the process was quick and easy with them.

GoogleI found the team at Lakins excellent. Their property management knowledge is extremely good and as a property manager myself I was impressed with them as a company. James in particular was very knowlegable and went beyond just giving me a value he actually knew what to check in the property and did so at the time of his visit to value.

GoogleWe had to look for a new place, in a new area, with quite a short notice. Our agent, Robert, was very helpful and responsive, which was much appreciated in the busy London housing market and made this usually stressful process smooth and stress free. We would recommend the agency without the shadow of a doubt.
