GoogleI had the pleasure of dealing with Lakin & Co for both a purchase and subsequent Letting recently. I found all the staff to be extremely efficient, helpful and honest (which can be a rare quality in Estate Agents). Their charges are lower than most and include VAT so you know exactly where you are financially. They arranged cleaning and an inventory without adding a fee and ensured these was all done in a timely manner without the need to chase. I would definitely recommend them to any Buyer, Landlord or Tenant and I WILL be using them again.

He had plenty of time for us and there was no pressure put on us to market our house with them. Chris and his staff are extremely helpful and friendly and are very easy to contact and communicate with.
