Aaron and Kayleigh helped us through the process of selling our house and helping us find a new house. From the valuation through to the sale, we received efficient and exemplary service from Russell Jones and Kayleigh Arnold. We had some challenges with our buyers and Kayleigh was in constant communication and instrumental in keeping the sale moving. She also helped to reassure us during some of the most stressful weeks of the process. A true professional and an absolute star. As a result we cannot recommend Kayleigh highly enough. Coopers offered a good service even from my first call about a property valuation for probate purposes (at that point there was little possibility of an imminent sale). In particular during the sales process I felt fully supported by Cherelle, who always took my calls - even though my constant need for update might have appeared slightly obsessive.
