GoogleIt took us a year and Coopers Ickenham was the third estate agent to finally sell. It was up and down and mentally very tough during that time. We tried many times to give up and consulted with the staff. Finally, we were able to sell!!!!!! Even now, I still can't believe it. Thank you so much Coopers Ickenham.

GoogleCoopers have a gem of a guy in Aaron Finnigan - he has been nothing less than superb in assisting us with the search of our property and finally getting the one that ticked all the boxes. The patience, understanding and more importantly personal approach he has shown us has been admirable. Constantly keeping us in the loop and touching base on a regular basis has created a great relationship between us and I could not recommend his services enough. GoogleEstate agents generally don’t have the greatest reputation from what I have read and have been told by friends and family. As a first time buyer I had no idea what I was doing. Aaron provided guidance and support throughout the lengthy process. Aaron was professional, prompt with his responses and was just very pleasant to deal with. Aaron was also a great link between our solicitors and helped move the process along. Definitely an asset to Coopers Ickenham ;)

GoogleI recently had the pleasure of working with Aaron from Coopers during a viewing of a house that I was interested in buying, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, Aaron was a consummate professional, providing outstanding service and support throughout the entire process. From the moment I contacted Coopers, I was impressed by the level of care and attention that was given to my enquiry. Aaron took the time to listen to my needs and preferences, and was able to quickly identify several properties that were a great fit for me. When I expressed interest in a particular house, Aaron went above and beyond to schedule a viewing at a time that was convenient for me, and was always prompt and communicative in his responses. During the viewing itself, Aaron was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, providing detailed information about the property and answering all of my questions with patience and expertise. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the level of service that I received from Aaron and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

GoogleInitially we dealt with Russell at Coopers Ickenham, he was very professional and got our flat on the market quickly and efficiently. He was always quick to respond to messages which was appreciated during the sale process. We also had a lot of dealings with Aaron. Aaron was very competent and knew exactly what was needed with our sale. He kept us updated all the time and was easy to contact. I found everyone I dealt with at Coopers very professional, and would absolutely use them again and recommend them

GoogleUnhelpful and Unprofessional, Avoid Cooper’s Lettings! My experience with Cooper’s Lettings regarding my tenancy deposit refund was extremely frustrating. After moving out, the agency told me no documents were needed for the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) refund and promised to handle it. Weeks passed with no update. When I chased them up, they suddenly told me to contact the landlord myself, something they never mentioned before. Their lack of communication, poor advice, and refusal to assist with the TDS process was unacceptable. If you expect any real support from this agency, look elsewhere.

You were advised of the below on the 10th June 2025 “If we are the managing agent for the property then we will discuss any dilapidations with you directly. Alternatively the landlord and you will need to discuss the content of the report and agree any costs that may need to be applied. When you have agreed the costs you will both need to inform us in writing and upon receipt we will disburse the deposit accordingly. If the landlord did not use the services of an independent inventory company then you will need to arrange a time to meet with the landlord to check the property.” As you are aware we do not manage the property and therefore you should of contacted your landlord directly on the deposit return.

GoogleFantastic Letting Service from Coopers since 2018. I just recently renewed my tenancy contract with my tenants. Katie Kaill has been looking after our contract and negotiation, side of thing's.
