We chose Coopers Ickenham to sell our 4 bed home having moved in 18 years ago. The experience from start to finish was first class with their very professional agents Amber and Jack always available to show people around the property at short notice.After each viewing we were informed on how the viewing went and any feed back from potential buyers.Due to the market conditions we had a lot of viewings, which is when Russell the branch manager got involved and gave us great advise on different things we could do to help sell the property. His experience and professionalism were second to none and a buyer was found.I would highly recommend Coopers to anyone looking to find a professional estate agent who really do go the extra mile for their clients Thank you Amber, Jack and Russell for all your efforts, it was very much appreciated.

Horrible experience with Coopers!!

I rented a flat in London with three friends through Coopers of London, and I would not recommend them. We experienced ongoing problems with the apartment and repeatedly contacted the agency and their contractor to get them resolved. We shared evidence, tried to arrange access and even authorised access using the agency’s management keys. Despite this, the problems were not properly fixed during our tenancy. Communication was very poor, and the agency did not respond properly to our concerns. Even after moving out, we were still dealing with unresolved issues and proposed deductions from our deposit. Based on our experience, I would recommend looking for another agency.

We purchased our house via Coopers and got great service and when it came to moving on we spoke a few estate agents but it was Russell at Coopers who provided the best advice. There was no pressure to go with Coopers unlike other estate agents. As it so happened our next purchased just happened to be via Coopers. The team there Russell, Aaron and Amber were easy to contact and always on time when showing our property to potential buyers and gave us feedback quickly.
