GoogleHi I would like to make a complaint about Sophie Gordon who is a lettings consultant. I just had a viewing with her and she did not come for the viewing. I had emailed her I was on my way to the viewing as I was running 5 minutes late due to the delayed trains. Sophie failed to provide the right contact number for me to reach her on and therefore wasted 1hr and 20 minutes of my time which I had taken to travel to the viewing. I'm very disappointed in your customer service and I highly recommend you to train your staff on how to communicate better with clients.

TrustpilotAvoid this Estate Agent like the plague
Terrible service, was shown the property by a girl called Kristal. We filled out their application form and made an offer for the asking price. kristal didn’t even have any manners to thank us for our offer and keep us updated. Don’t make people fill out your lousy application forms when you don’t even respond! She then calls me and tries to push a property that was ‘reduced’ in price because clearly no one wanted it and tried to push us to come see it last minute (the property was as horrible as her customer service). Terrible service. Avoid this estate agent like the plague. I definitely wouldn’t recommend to friends or family.
