I’ve trusted Coopers to manage my property for over 10 years under a fully managed service, believing they were taking care of my home while I was busy living my life and working hard elsewhere. What I’ve now discovered has left me shocked, upset, and completely let down.

Appalling Service

Appalling service l would suggest you avoid. Asked to view a house advertised on their website as ‘To Let’ several times with no response. Eventually l went into the branch to ask why no o e was responding to be assured that someone would. Then l checked out the area and the street the property was situated in and saw it had a For Sale sign outside. Checked Coopers website again and found it was listed as both. Finally the letting guy contacted me to view the property. I asked him if the property was for sale, he said no. Then l asked him why it was listed on their website as such as we are looking for a long term let. He said that the vendor was looking to sell in a year, but that was still looking to let it. Turned up to see it. The current tenant thought the appointment was later that explained that l couldn’t see the bathroom as it was occupied. I filled out the forms and submitted them that same day. These forms contain private and sensitive information. No response or acknowledgment. Later the following week l emailed the lettering guy who had arranged my view to ask for an update. No response or acknowledgment.

I am extremely satisfied with the service and the information provided to me from the time I contacted Coopers in May 2021 about the property I purchased through them. Every time I wanted to return to the property to check something, Coopers were always forthcoming. My dealings were mainly with Ryan Fox and Greg Mealing. Both of them were very professional in their conduct and were promt in responding to my emails. Despite of the sale/purchase was complicated by the solicitors and the Management Company, Coopers tried their best to support the seller and buyer (myself) and got it over the finish line. 10 out 10 from me!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I've had an overall excellent experience with Coopers, Uxbridge. Matthew who first showed us around to the place we eventually moved into, is friendly, responsive and helped make things easy for us (which is always a big relief!). He was also a good first, welcoming introduction to the area - which I have found to be somewhat mellower and friendlier that then other side of London where I used to live! I highly recommend him. Further to that, my experience with Coopers has been positive throughout the last year, any issues have been dealt with as quickly as possible and in a professional manner. Great service and always willing to help. I have used Coopers for nearly 4 years now and they have always met my requirements with finding me the right tenant. They are a very well established local firm close to my home. Coopers have been taking care of my place for over a year now, from day one David Head met me at my flat and took the time to explain how it would all work and the different options available. He also made sure that I completed the correct paperwork for my situation. The visits where well prepared and professional and they quickly found a lovely couple to move in. I was very impressed by the service Coopers in Uxbridge provided. Greg (Sales Director) in particular helped make the process of selling our property relatively straightforward. He was always available to provide personal assistance often at short notice. This included coming to visit us to talk through complicated aspects of the sale and even providing additional advice and support about the property we were buying through another agent which went beyond the standard remit of the agent. Disappointing service having to wait 13 days so far with no deposit back and any response you finally get is they are still waiting for a list of costs from landlord when there has been plenty of time to do so even though the inventory report was wrong in many areas. Every time I try and call I get put straight through to voicemail or when I email I get no response or just the usual with no update. Shocking.

Mollie Kelsey did an outstanding job for me as she has been my main point of contact throughout the entire process of re-letting my property. Mollie has always been available to help providing valuable information and trying to speed things up. I can’t say the same for other departments as things were not share promptly with both to the leaving tenants and new tenants causing bit of confusion and additional hassle for me as a owner. On top of that Inventory company Coopers uses in not great lots of inconsistencies and over sight in the inventory
