FacebookBecause they deleted my and reviews of other people from Google, I would like to share my experience with Coopers of London and their agent William Delaney here. It has been 7 months since we moved out of one of their properties in Deptford and we have yet to receive our deposit of over £1500. Despite numerous calls and emails, we have not received any satisfactory response or resolution. On the few occasions that William Delaney did answer our calls, he made promises that were never fulfilled. We also spoke with the director Andrew Fagan but to no avail. This lack of professionalism and communication is surprising for a company that prides itself on its awards. It seems as though they are actively avoiding us and not taking responsibility for their actions. After 7 months, we are starting to feel hopeless as no one is communicating with us. This situation has forced us to seek alternative means of communication as it seems like they are unwilling to engage with us in a professional manner. This way I would like to warn everyone, who is about to pair with this company, as this behaviour could be devastating to someone in the future. Really disgusting….

Robert Ayling is handling the sale of my family’s flat, he has gone above and beyond to bring the sale to a satisfactory end. Problems were encountered but he did his utmost to resolve them. Very happy.

I would like to call out your company for blatant homophobia and unprofessionalism for starters, three times at the last minute I have been cancelled on for a viewing the latest today when I could see the estate agent showing a heterosexual couple around the property and then to have a call to see a tenant has changed the locks, each time a heterosexual couple has been shown around and not us. Sophie Gordon, cancelled on me two of these times my partner contacted a Oliver Curtis to say how dissatisfied we are to have a very passive aggressive email back and to say we are accusing her of lying which is highly unprofessional. I am extremely hurt and upset by this and want to make a formal complaint. The latest viewing cost me a lot of money to travel there and back and to take time of work I am beyond hurt by this.

Harrow council contracted them to market 2 bedroom houses. Despite my daily emails and phone calls requesting the details , I was told that phase 3 will be launched soon and I will be contacted, name was put on the list. To my surprise , I emailed them today to find out that phase 3 was launched and sold out. No communications whatsoever and this probably was a matter of preferential workings by the company or probably a disrespectful sales consultant. I will put a complaint with Harrow Council.thanks

FacebookI was a client for over 6 years my rental property was destroyed in an arson attack I was offered temporary emergency accommodation but no attempt was made to find me a new property the lettings manager told me that as my circumstances had changed and I was now clinically vulnerable it would be 'difficult ' to find a landlord to accept me as my income was now from the government I had to fight for my deposit to be refunded this took over 2 months. this company have neglected their duty of care to a vulnerable long standing client they never return calls and just send a generic reply to emails if you are looking for a responsive professional company these people are not for you
