GoogleThey ask for holding deposit transfer upfront to secure the a rental property and they will keep it before you sign any paperwork if you change your mind. They are allowed to do that but beware.

GoogleAvoid this place at all cost!!! Albert wasted our time and money. He told us the last minute that the flat is unavailable when we paid the deposit for the new flat. His work ethic and standards has not been good. We had to repeat ourself multiple times and he still was not update to date with infos we gave him.

GoogleI view 2 studios with them, both disgusting and so dirty, really to get depressing and in a group viewing, in the second one with 5 more people, they don't care about you at all, the experience make feel like I was begging and competing for a third world studio with high cost

GoogleStop advertising what you do not have. Dishonest agent, misleading the customers . Bad customer service. Total disgrace.NegativeProfessionalism
Agent replied · 24 October 2024
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. All reviews are appreciated. However, in this case it would appear that there may be some sort of misunderstanding as we do not advertise what we do not have. All the properties we advertise are on our portfolio and we would not mislead our customers. We have been in the property business for over 10 years and completely understand that the most important aspect of running a successful business is to provide excellent customer service which is what we do. Kindly, contact us if you would like to discuss the matter further. Regards Cool Cribs Team
