Great service by Anna!

The team headed by Anna Kaplan did a brilliant job for us handling the end of one lease and securing a new tenant. All was done seamlessly. It was such a relieve with us being overseas and not having the burden to coordinate all the required stuff like tenancy termination, cleaning , vetting new tenants etc.We were kept updated throughout the process. I have lived for 7 years in an apartment that I rented through this agency. it represented the interests of the landlord. I had no problems: the contract was concluded quickly, all issues were resolved easily.They replaced my broken mattress and replaced my non-working washing machine. In addition, all my small-level requests were also carefully considered and promptly resolved. (in particular, the plumber solved the problem with mold and rust in the bathtub)The main advantage of this agency is the people: we still communicate with the realtor who rented the apartment to me. Excellent Service

We rent our apartment we these guys. Had excellent service from George who we viewed the property with. We have had a few little issues and Tanya Karachorova the Property Manager has been super efficient (new dishwasher supplied and fitted in a few days for example) very helpful and friendly.

Please consider renting elsewhere.

Extremely unprofessional and incompetent property manager. Took 5 months to reimburse me for the gas charge that the previous tenant did not clear. I moved out on 1st Oct, signed the deposit return form on 14th Oct and I still have not received my deposit back, or even an update on the process. Absolutely no communication from the property manager, who is supposed to take care of this. Most of my emails were ignored/ replied to after more than a week. Never once apologised for late communication, no courtesy whatsoever.During the tenancy, pipe leakage, non-functioning ventilation, molding were not dealt with even though complaint were sent a few times. Not to mention some unreasonable charges to the deposit for wear and tear upon moving out. This overall has been a terribly distressing renting experience. Please stay clear of this agency.

After all the utility bills were paid and dilapidations were agreed with you, it looks like you settled everything amicably.
