My wife was told by email you cannot find keys of the property based on information about income and there is no viewing available for a flat.
Next day, I present my self with bit more income customer and with different name (non-foreign) and keys are miraculously there all ready for viewing!!
You should be ashamed of yourself and I hope my review will be noticed by people who will stay away from your company and this outstanding “customer service”!
And please spare me your investigations and writings back and forwards. Really, I don’t require any other information or assistance from you!

Enzo thank you for taking the time to review your experience with Northwood. I have discussed this with all staff members and it appears initially there was confusion with different names given which of course Northwood had to check and clarify. There was also a delay in offering your viewing as the contractor was working in the property. I understand that when we could carry out the viewing, you decided to cancel. We always do our best to a) follow correct legal procedure and b) carry out viewings to satisfy the client requirements.

GoogleAs a newcomer to the UK, Northwood was the ONLY agency who was willing to help my partner and I find a rental. We had no history and no experience with british procedure, so an agency seemed the only logical way to go, yet none would work with us, BECAUSE of our lack of experience and history. They were the only people who were willing to explain the procedure, and help us get our paperwork together and most of all put up with all the questions we had 😁!
I highly recommend them especially if you’re not familiar with the system, they will treat you like a human being and offer the support you need to get started.
