In this case, there are certain legal obligations within procedures that we must follow as a responsible agent regarding your complaint to ensure that we act in compliance with the law. At this stance I'm afraid that we are unable to go any further with your complaint as we previously explained. Having said that we are always open to further discussions with you should any new occurrences arise and will be willing to investigate any new issues further.

GoogleHorrible agency. They took admin fees for the flat(250), and then declined my application. After that they are not giving back money that I paid for the admin fees. Strongly not recommended agency.
Artur, as you know from the phone call we had today, 15th December, the refund has been made to you as promised and as our processes at Northwood demand. The property you applied for is not managed by Northwood, we simply find a tenant for the Landlord. This particular Landlord made the decision about who to offer the property to as there were two applicants. We are extremely sorry that we were unable in this instance to secure a property for you. We would of course be happy to contact you if another property comes up that might suit your requirements.
