GoogleIf I could give no stars I wolud. Big rip off they are just in it to steal your money they took the property off us and put it back on market and fefused to give £285 back, lloyd is about as much use as a wet tissue didn't even get back to us. We got back £50 as a good will gesture (good will my ar**) will never use or recommend them ever.🤬

GoogleMoved out of property on 27th of December. Havent received any communication regarding to my deposit and when I called them Ive been ignored. Poor phone communication and they dont respond to any emails. I do not recommend it to anyone. During tenancy also had issues with contacting anyone from property management.

Michael Skeath was a pleasure to deal with and was extremely responsive to emails and calls ensuring our move went through much faster than we had expected. GoogleJNP lettings management are only interested in bookings .. They never pick up the phone, don't even think about leaving a message on their answer machine . Provided nothing ever goes wrong .ie leakings , failed electrics , heating packs up , rats infestation .. then you'll be happy happy
