GoogleWe sold our house through JNP in January, then were caught up in lockdown. Throughout the process, Caroline was especially helpful. Communication with her was great, and very responsive. GoogleI've been a landlord for 20 years.Then I had the misfortune to rent via jnp for the last 2 years and I can honestly say they are the worst agent I've ever come across; they don't return calls, they don't support when things go wrong, honestly a total shambles

GoogleThe staff are friendly,helpful and accommodating nothing is to much for them. They tried really hard to sell our property in a time when the market was slow and managed to do this over time for us. We originally brought our house through them and decided to sell through them again when we were ready and we would use them again too as each time we had no problem with the service.

GoogleReally great service. I had signed up with a couple of estate agents in the area - however JNP excels above all of them. I highly recommend them. In addition Jon Cox who works as the mortgage broker there is excellent too. Have used him twice over the last 3 years. He gives solid advice. The whole team works well together to get you what you want.

GoogleJust had a boiler replaced. It's always difficult situation full of stress and upset when it's cold at home. Katrina from JNP did brilliant wrapping up whole situation professionally. Although a delay caused by my landlord, with a help from Tori while out of office day, they managed to get the team sent over weekend. At the end I got heating back sooner than the first estimation. TrustpilotAbsolutely abominable service stay away
I have unfortunately contracted with JNP to manage one of my rental properties. I have never in my life seen a company that provided a worse service. So far in just this contracted year they have had to refund the management fee 3 times as it was blindingly obvious that they had not been doing the job I was paying them for. In both December 2022 and January 2023 they withheld money, for works done on the property, when in actual fact the works were completed on someone else's property. Every time I have had to contact them to get things put right. If this were the last property management company on earth I still wouldn't use them again.

I could write a very long review sharing with you the catalogue of incompetence we experienced as tenants in a property managed by JNP. However, I can summarise this & save you the agony of reading it all by saying this. Avoid JNP like the plague if you are a tenant or a landlord. All you need to know is that during our tenancy they showed an unprofessional bias towards our landlord. Even to the point that when it came to returning our deposit they supported him in his questionable claims to massive deductions against us. We went through the arbitration process - still with JNP acting on behalf of the landlord and 5 months later we finally have all of what was rightly ours reimbursed to us.
