GoogleLloyd Buston was extremely helpful when we were looking for a rental. There were a lot of tasks to complete in a short time but he was very proactive and we got to sign our lease very quickly and we have already taken occupation. Yet at no time did we feel we were being rushed. Many thanks for the excellent service.

GoogleI Invited Aaron the Branch Manager round to value my property and he was super informative about the local area and prices with in my estate. He was prompt at replying to all emails and queries I had about every aspect of the process and even responded on his days off. I would 110% recommend him to friends and family it was a breathe of fresh air to deal with someone like him while buying and selling.

On both occasions they have excelled in professionalism and patience, particularly as the 2nd sale took over 7 months due to an issue regarding our freehold. GoogleTrying to find an estate agent who are professional, efficient, communicative and morally sound, is a little bit like searching for the Arc of the Covenant. So imagine our absolute delight when we experienced all of the above with JNP in High Wycombe. Mark guided us through our first house purchase, and provided us with a level of service that went beyond our expectations. When Mark wasn’t available, other colleagues, including Steve and Caroline, would always do their best to get the information we needed in a swift and timely manner. Whilst we have the benefit of a successful house purchase to support this review, we will always look to JNP for future sales and purchases, as it was a pleasure to deal with them.

GoogleAfter 5 months with another estate agent, JNP sold our house on the first day, at the first viewing! Their valuation was accurate and realistic and the service they provided was fantastic. Particularly heartfelt thanks go to Caroline, whose support was invaluable and who (quite literally) fought her way through a blizzard to make sure our exchange went through on time. This was our first experience of selling a house and it was made a lot less stressful by having friendly and experienced advice available throughout the process. I would recommend JNP.

GoogleAfter a great experience with JNP buying our first home a few years ago, we were very happy to use JNP once more when upsizing recently. From start to finish they were so helpful and professional, and when our first buyer had to drop out due to unforseen circumstances, they kept us informed of our options and found us a new buyer very quickly. We're especially grateful to Steve, Caroline, Martin and Jon for making our dream house a reality, and wouldn't hesitate to use JNP in the future (although we hope in a good way we'll never have to!)

GoogleJNP have provided me with excellent service over a period of seven years. I had to move quickly for work and JNP took me through the process of renting out my flat. As a novice landlord it was great to have their experience on my side whilst I had a series of tenants (with no gaps). Eventually I needed to sell my flat and JNP helped me to transition from renting out to selling. JNP handled all the viewings for my flat and gave me prompt and helpful feedback. For various reasons, it took over a year for my flat to sell. As part of that process, I had to extend the length of the lease. During this time, JNP maintained focus to help me achieve a sale. I am really grateful to Martin and Caroline at JNP for all the assistance that they gave to me.

GoogleThey say moving house is one of the most stressful things in life but JNP handled everything for us and it was an easy, quick process from putting the house on the market to finalising the sale. I cannot recommend them enough. They were a pleasure to deal with and very efficient. In addition to our sale with JNP, we were lucky enough to purchase through JNP and we used their conveyancing and financial services, all of which were faultless.

GoogleI had previously purchased my flat through JNP, then rented it through JNP and the service was excellent. I have recently sold the flat and right from the start there was good effort starting with Mark and then taken over by Martin for the conveyancing. The online sign in tool is very useful for checking in to see feedback from viewings as well as a member of staff giving regular feedback by phone. A great service was given and I would recommend JNP to anyone thinking of selling locally. The value in getting the excellent service was well worth the slightly higher fee than other agents locally. GoogleWe used JNP High Wycombe to sell my wife's elderly parents house so that they could move nearer to us. A few things really impressed us: Graeme really gives you confidence that he is working in your best interests, whether it be in negotiating an offer with a potential buyer, re-negotiating after the survey has been done, or when there are issues with solicitors etc. He was also very understanding of our requirements and it was obvious that he listened, understood and then tailored his service to our needs. We also received feedback after every viewing and all viewings were accompanied. Needless to say, a fantastic buyer was found within less than 8 weeks (which included the Christmas period, so you could say 5-6 weeks in reality). Once the sale was agreed, we exchanged contracts in less than 6 weeks. Very happy!! In short, if you want to sell a property in High Wycombe and you wish to be treated with respect, professionalism and empathy, then I recommend you contact Graeme Pierce at JNP.
