GoogleI don’t have any words to say about Connells the most stupid estate agent unreliable with the time. I had an appointment waited the whole day to attend but the lady who supposed to take me for viewing she left home to enjoy please people avoid these people completely waste of time and you will end up with nothing

GoogleI’m a first time buyer and have had my best experience so far with Connells. Jay brown showed me around the property, answered all my questions in detail, was approachable, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Jay is an asset to this team.

GoogleSpoke to a man at the high wycombe branch just now and had the worst possible service imaginable. The gentlemen said he is a mortgage advisor. He suggested i view the property with purple bricks instead of connells as ive already had my first viewing through them. I asked him if theres been any offere on the property and he said he couldnt provide me with any information on the property. He then rejected my request for a viewing through connells. I asked for his name and he hung up on me. this is the worst experience ive ever had with an estate agents. We are serious buyers and very interested in the property. I will log this complaint on other formats and also write an email.

They were always quick to respond to questions, were very respectful of the tenants who were still in situ when we were showing the house and generally managed the process very efficiently.
