GoogleEven though my mortgage advisor is my sister, I can genuinely say the level of service I received was far above anything I’ve experienced elsewhere. Having previously dealt with other brokers, the difference in detail, care, and communication was immediately noticeable. She didn’t just handle the mortgage side flawlessly, she also took the lead in chasing solicitors and making sure nothing fell through the cracks. Her dedication and thoroughness truly made the whole process smoother and less stressful. Family or not, she’s exceptional at what she does and I’d recommend her to anyone.

GoogleI have been fortunate to have had Greg Darby as the agent who has been helping me with the valuation and potential sale of my property. He is polite, friendly, punctual, professional and extremely knowledgeable. GoogleReceived a phone call from the manager in High Wycombe, Emma, I was disappointed to encounter unprofessional behavior. Despite no longer requiring their services and a year passing since initial contact, Emma chose to abruptly end the conversation in a rude manner. This lack of courtesy and professionalism has led me to reconsider any future business dealings with this agency. Such behavior is unacceptable, and I do not expect to be subjected to verbal abuse in any professional setting.it’s absolutely disgusting.

GoogleJust sold my late my late mothers property via Connells in High Wycombe. I found all the staff very friendly and helpful. Greg dealt with the finer details and made the journey as smooth as possible although at sometimes frustrating, due to small communication issues. I would recommend however as I understand that most of these were outside of their control. All of the staff with Greg leading were compassionate and easy to deal with. Well done!

GoogleIf I could give more than 5 stars I would. Massive thank you to Sophie who was amazing at showing us properties that met our requirements and was there whenever we needed her. Extremely knowledgeable about the area and properties before entering which made the viewing a lot better in comparison to other estate agents I've viewed with. Always available on the phone or by email to answer any queries we would have. Thank you Sophie for all your help! You've been truly amazing, highly recommended!
