The team at Connells High Wycombe were really helpful throughout the whole process of buying a property. At the beginning, they quickly grasped what we were looking for and sent us properties that fit our requirements. Tianne was the agent who showed us around the properties, and she was really friendly and helpful throughout the process in terms of keeping in touch and keeping us updated. Getting a mortgage and all the necessary insurances and documents in place was made easy by Natasha who helped us understand the process and made it easy to complete too. My partner and I had been messed around by other mortgage advisors on our way to buying our first home and then I was recommended Natasha Morello-Scott. When we had found the place we knew we wanted, I contacted Natasha and started the process. Less than an hour later, Natasha had secured an agreement in principle! We had more progress in an hour with Natasha than we had in weeks with previous advisors. Natasha was in regular contact throughout the process, offering the suitable support and guidance for us to navigate to buying our first property. I cannot recommend Natasha enough! Everything that would be expected of a mortgage advisor but with an approachable manner (which meant I didn't feel silly when I asked what was probably a simple or obvious question!) 100% would use again - I have told Natasha that she is to stick around just in case we move house again!

Stephanie Toal was an excellent estate…

Stephanie Toal was an excellent estate agent to work with and played a key role in helping this transaction reach exchange. As the acting conveyancer on the matter, I was particularly impressed by Stephanie's proactive approach and dedication. The day before exchange, an urgent issue arose that needed to be resolved quickly. Despite it being close to 5pm and approaching the end of the working day, Stephanie took my call, immediately understood the importance of the matter, and took action straight away. What really stood out was her commitment to seeing things through. She continued liaising and providing email confirmations well beyond normal working hours, with correspondence continuing after 7pm, ensuring that everything necessary was in place for the transaction to exchange contracts. In property transactions, having a proactive estate agent can make all the difference, and Stephanie is a perfect example of that. Her responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile helped keep the matter moving at a critical stage. It's always hard when you have to sell a loved ones property, after their passing. Right from the start Ella was thoughtfull, kind and professional to the situation. We cannot recommend Maedeh highly enough. We are currently in the process of buying our new home, and with delays and complications surrounding the sale of our existing house and flat, it has been a particularly stressful process. Throughout it all, Maedeh has been absolutely fantastic. She has been incredibly supportive, proactive and patient, always keeping us updated, chasing things when needed and doing everything she can to keep the process moving. Unfortunately I am unable to give a Zero score for the blatant unprofessionalis this estate agent has shown. Please see email trail and make up your own mind. The MOST unprofessional useless estate agents in high Wycombe. Taken the advert down, but kept me in contract because they managed to get 5 viewings in 4 months. I told them to do their job and sell my flat, but they decided to call me verbally abusive and took my advert down, refused to do viewings and have kept me in contract. AVOID AGENCY. chocolate teapot! Highly advised to go elsewhere as they are just not fit for your purpose. Kardashian attitude & lazier than my little finger.
