Great team!

We have had a great experience with the whole team at chancellors. The team managed to secure us a great buyer for our house. We had great communication throughout and detailed feedback from all viewings. Jordan and Kirsty have gone out their way to help us find the house of our dreams. They know their customers well and are always at the end of the phone to answer any (silly) or important questions.

The frustrating experience of dealing with a tenant who hadn’t paid rent for 4 months and an accounting team who hadn’t chased the debt, contacted the guarantor or provided an account statement during the period. I was most frustrated when calling the area office. However, Rebecca answered my call and listened to my issues, heard my frustration and took the time to agree a course of action. Not only did she accurately outline the situation, advise what steps she would take to gather the information and committed to contacting me with updates. To be called back with an update was most refreshing and unusual having previously left more than 5 messages for a manager and not receiving a call back.

Could not recommend Natasha Morello more highly. As a first time buyer the entire process was unknown to me and very confusing. Natasha talked me through every step and was super responsive to any questions I sent via email. We ran into difficulties getting a mortgage but this was all sorted and actually a pretty smooth process in the end. Connells were also responsive and quick in getting viewing and snagging lists sorted. Overall buying is a long and tough process, but Natasha made this all manageable and for that I can not thank her or recommend her enough!
