We could not have secured our dream home without Connor or achieved exchange without Sarah, they were absolutely exceptional. Some people will tell you Crane & Co are expensive. They are - but value for money at the same time. Their presentation of your property online is just head and shoulders above anything I saw whilst looking for another property. Their handling of viewings is wonderful. Their advice on how to present your property is just pure gold. We achieved a price for our property beyond our expectations, because Crane and Co know their business. They were the agents who were marketing the house we bought and also the company we were going to use to sell our house prior to selling privately. From the moment they valued our property I knew that they hand everything in hand, we felt they were professional, honest and transparent throughout our journey and created a storm selling our house - achieving more than we had hoped for. After recently selling our house I can highly recommend Crane & Co. Upmost professionalism at every step of the way. First of all we got the best valuation from Crane & Co and achieved the asking price we had set out to achieve very quickly. This estate agency know how to sell houses, their marketing is head and shoulders above other agents in the area. The team at Crane & Co have always been friendly, knowledgable, informed and there to support the progression of the sale at all times. We had added complication of relocating out of the area with children so were under additional pressures to secure dates and progress the sale, Crane & Co did everything in their power to progress this. They also recommended Hobson & Latham solicitors who have been outstanding, Crane & Co’s working relationship with local companies like Hobson & Latham make the whole process much easier. Very pleased with the professional service i have received to date when viewing properties not only for myself but also for my elderly mother. Telephone calls and emails have all been very clear and precise. Very smart and presentable agent to show us around who didn't do the "this is the kitchen" patter when it's very obviously a kitchen. Sounds silly but makes a difference when the agent says "if you would like to go into the kitchen" allowing us to enter first and get a clear image rather than stand awkwardly in a corner trying to make themselves dissappear. Follow up calls and advice are always welcome and i also really find the 3D tours a great feature that more agents should have. I look forward to seeing more properties in the coming weeks with you.

Dan really is such a dedicated, easy to work with and pleasant man at Crane&Co. He helped us sell the house at a good price, was always polite and friendly, especially when things got tricky as it was an international move, in a pandemic. The only downside was that they are a very busy estate agent but that is the price we pay for an efficient service. All in all, I would wholeheartedly recommend these guys and Da n especially!!

From my first meeting with Ashley I discovered a young man with a genuine enthusiasm for property sales who does not feel the need to pressurise but will quietly explain away any doubts or fears. As I was introduced to each member of the team I realised that Cranes have a fresh and exciting attitude towards the Vendor. Superb photos, 3D walkthroughs and a top class video were produced giving any purchaser the best view possible from the comfort of their home. Cranes have invested heavily in their equipment and their staff and truly have the best the property market has to offer. I was lucky enough to agree a sale on the first day of viewings and have been kept informed of the process throughout, nothing has been too much trouble.
