From the videos and information your sent before they vist to the very end, they have been so professional and friendly. Danny who came to the valuation was so nice! He explained everything so well and really put us at ease. Once it was sold, Amy in the after sales has been fantastic! From making an offer to purchase it has been incredibly smooth and we would definitely use them in future property searches/sales. My parents chose Crane & Co for their house move in Eastbourne and were not disappointed. The staff were excellent, they were very helpful, friendly and adaptable to my parents' needs. Despite the office being in Hailsham, they had a very proactive approach to visiting the property for advertising and hosting viewings. They provided a tailored service and remained in contact once a house sale was agreed, providing updates as required and explaining the process and any hold ups. Moving day went very smoothly and the staff were all very welcoming on our visit to the office to pick up the keys for the new house.
