Amazing customer service from start to finish! We dealt with Matthew and he was outstanding. Unfortunately our buyers solicitors were rubbish, causing everything to move at a glacial pace, but Matthew made sure that everyone was kept up to date, and the right people were chased! Can not thank the team enough! Worth every single penny, they definitely took a lot of the stress out of an already stressful situation! If I ever decide to sell again I will definitely be using Ryder and Dutton again. O

Great Communication and Service

We sold our house through Ryder and Dutton this year. We dealt with Lewis initially on valuing and listing the house. Then during the viewings and sale we liaised with Leon. The communication we received throughout was great, which we really appreciated due to issues in our chain. There were times when I thought the sale would fall through, but Leon worked hard to ensure that things were resolved and we eventually managed to close the sale. Our buyers team of solicitors and estate agents were useless and I really believe if it wasn't for Leon, then we likely would have ended up losing our sale. So I'd like to thank the team for helping us throughout the process.

Zoe Waterhouse and Geraldine Marsden from the Ryder and Dutton Mossley estate agents were great from the start of buying our house right until the end. Zoe was always available no matter when I rang, even at weekend. If for some reason she wasn’t Geraldine was. They were great at keeping on top of everything and chasing people up when needed. We also got a lovely welcome to your new home gift box when I picked up the keys. I would highly recommend them and would use again in the future.

Worst experience for a first-time buyer

We were very excited when the staff told us our offer had been accepted, but we did not know that it was just a joke to us. The staff updated us by phone and told us the seller accepted our offer and asked me to send them all the bank statements, and other information they needed and pay them to find a solicitor. We thought everything should be alright, but they called us yesterday and told us the seller had not accepted our offer yet!? I asked them how it was possible; their answer was they had not received the documents we sent two days before and one of the staff who took the phone told me they received them. When I tried to call them all their answer was "I do not know" or "My colleagues have not passed it to me yet". Last but not least, we already got a solicitor doing the confirmation and they told me we can still use their service to find another house. I do not think it is making any sense! That is truly awful to a first-time buyer who needs your help and you did it in a "perfect" way. This was planned to be a five-star comment but that seems like a total disaster to me now.

If you’re looking for an estate agent who’ll stick with you through thick, thin, and apparently all four seasons… this is the one! Our house move took 13 months to complete but throughout the entire saga Lacey remained proactive, passionate, and incredibly helpful. She was always approachable, understanding, and genuinely cared about getting us over the finish line. Now, was she a little annoying at times? Although our house sale was turbulent, Ryder and Dutton were absolutely amazing and offered a brilliant service throughout. James Sibthorp, the agent overseeing our sale, offered excellent advice, kept us up to date with every development and fully supported us with our sale and ongoing purchase. We can’t thank him enough for going above and beyond to help us out. Fiona Joyce, the agent overseeing our purchase property, was incredibly helpful throughout the process and did everything she could to keep the chain intact. Leanne Randall provided great valuation advice and support where needed. I have already recommended Ryder and Dutton to friends, and I won’t hesitate to use them in the future. First Class Service

I have just ‘ exchanged contracts’ on my deceased mother’s house in Simmondley as I write this and all I can say is Ryder & Dutton offer an outstanding service and I wish this estate agency stretched to the Wirral.From meeting Damien O’Grady who valued the family house (and it was Ryder & Dutton we chose from meeting a number of estate agents) to the first class service I have received especially from Ryan Jackson (he is a credit to this estate agency)Although I could use the tracker to keep in touch as to who had offered for our family house and how the sale/searches were going it was the personal touch from Ryan that counted. Ryan was extremely professional but friendly. He understood the decisions I made as to why I had chosen particular buyers and emailed but certainly kept in touch with phone calls as to how the house sale was progressing. I especially valued this, as not living in the area, it was difficult to not pop into the estate agents. I found it easier having Ryan ‘in the know’ rather than contacting our solicitor. Ryan’s full support enabled the house sale to go through extremely smoothly and I will always be extremely thankful for his help and support.
