A bottle house from you people read in Denton they didn’t tell anything wrong in the house. There’s when we bought the house we went there and we see there’s so many like door is not closing. Lock is not proper. The window is broken. They should tell us before.

A caring experience

From the very start of the house selling process, when Graham Shuttleworth, Branch Manager at the Rawtenstall office first came out to value mum’s house, we have found the help and support from everyone involved to be excellent. Graham was very tactful and sympathetic of mum’s situation and dealt gently with her.Once the sale was agreed, Laura Gittins became our contact in the Manchester office and was diligent in keeping us updated on progress. We have now exchanged contracts and agreed a completion date.On our experience with them I can highly recommend these estate agents.

We recently sold my parent’s house and completed the sale yesterday . We can’t thank Lindsey Power enough for her kindness and professionalism. Throughout the sale process we have felt that all queries have been dealt with in a timely manner and we have relied on Lindsey to guide us through the sale process . As a family we were keen not to sell what had been a happy family home for 60 years to investors and hopefully with Lindsey’s help we have achieved that . I would have no Hesitation in recommending Ryder and Dutton due to their guidance and excellent marketing we had a great deal of interest in the property. Since we do not live near the property and were away on holiday last week Lindsey and her colleagues did everything they could to facilitate the sale .

Amazing customer service from start to finish! We dealt with Matthew and he was outstanding. Unfortunately our buyers solicitors were rubbish, causing everything to move at a glacial pace, but Matthew made sure that everyone was kept up to date, and the right people were chased! Can not thank the team enough! Worth every single penny, they definitely took a lot of the stress out of an already stressful situation! Great Communication and Service

We sold our house through Ryder and Dutton this year. We dealt with Lewis initially on valuing and listing the house. Then during the viewings and sale we liaised with Leon. The communication we received throughout was great, which we really appreciated due to issues in our chain. There were times when I thought the sale would fall through, but Leon worked hard to ensure that things were resolved and we eventually managed to close the sale. Our buyers team of solicitors and estate agents were useless and I really believe if it wasn't for Leon, then we likely would have ended up losing our sale. So I'd like to thank the team for helping us throughout the process.
