Ryder & Dutton were excellent with the sale of my property. All staff were fantastic. Lewis was very good advising on the valuation and marketing aspects. Lindsey was very proactive with the sales negotiation and Carmel was great keeping me up to date on sale progression up until completion, making sure things were moving along nicely.

We highly recommend the whole team at Ryder and Dutton Royton, special mentions for Tom, Michaela and Emmy. From putting on the market, finding our buyer and updates and communication through out the whole sale was outstanding with added care and compassion as it was my Dad's estate. Being an estate agent ourselves from a different area it was refreshing to come across an outstanding agent and whole team at Royton. We could not recommend you highly enough.

Catherine the sale progressor is amazing! She wasn't even my estate agent, she was our vendors estate agent, but she was brilliant in keeping everyone up to date with information! Would definitely recommend ryder and dutton based in our experience with Catherine alone. They were great with arranging initial viewings for us that fit in with our work and home life, offering evening viewings shown around by the vendors. 10/10 service, Catherine is an asset to the team!

We had Geraldine Marsden as our estate agent for the property we were buying, and she was fantastic throughout the whole process. She was an excellent communicator, always keeping us updated and responding promptly to any questions we had.
