I was selling my mothers home which was an emotional experience but thanks to the staff in the Fenham branch it was completed quickly and professionally. From the very first contact the staff kept me up to date in the process. Her home went on the market on the Friday and an offer accepted on the Monday. The sale was completed within 6 weeks. I could not fault the service or the cost. Would thoroughly recommend iris definitely a 5 star from me.

Diabolical. How do landlords get their properties rented out with this company?! I enquired on a commercial property and the agent was only interested in me agreeing to a viewing! I told him that I didn’t want to waste my time or his and needed some questions answered first. He took my details and said he would call me back… 3 days later, nothing! I even emailed in for some details and guess what… nothing again. I was very interested in taking over the premises but due to this diabolical lack of contact I will continue my search!

Without a property address we’re unable to look into this for you, however usually when our agent request that you view it is because this is what our client has asked for and we must respect those conditions. I went with Rook Matthews Sayer to purchase my first home. The staff were absolutely incredible and friendly. They always were on hand to help with anything I needed and reassured me when I had questions or started stressing, as most people do with first buys. I always felt like all the staff knew my situation and I could speak to anyone for help. I didn't have to just wait for 1 individual to get back to me. They are a team and they work great together. I used them as a Mortgage Broker as well and they were great. A huge thank you to the entire team in the Fenham Branch, you were all fantastic.

We had a decidedly average experience working with Rook Matthews Sayer Forest Hall as a buyer. Whilst we understand that the estate agents are predominantly working for the seller, and we were first time buyers with a lot of questions, we also had a lot of enthusiasm which was quickly diminished when putting in our offer and throughout the first few weeks after having our offer accepted. The agent we dealt with in the first instance was rude and talked over us when trying to put in our offer or ask any questions. We also didn’t get responses via email. The only time they were warm and friendly is when they rang to say our offer had been accepted - go figure!! However, when Nicola took over our account, we had a far better experience. She was polite, friendly and clearly looked out for the buyer whilst still considering our feedback and requests. She really did save our experience! I wouldn’t be keen to work with Rook Matthews Sayer again. However, they got the job done.
